We sometimes use trusted service providers who help us send emails or run surveys(for example Google Forms).They act only on our instructions and can’t use your data for anything else.

We keep your data only as long as we need it to run our early-access and research programmes.

  • Early Access sign-ups – until you unsubscribe or for up to 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.
  • Survey and interview data – kept for up to 12 months after analysis then anonymised or deleted.
  • Technical logs – kept for security purposes only and deleted regularly.

If you choose to become a customer of LastingAsset later, we’ll ask you to accept a new privacy policy at that time.

- Withdraw your consent at any time;

- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy
